Telegram notifications

If Telegram is configured for your workspace, you can have the digest delivered there. It reuses the existing Telegram bot — it doesn't add any new publishing behavior — and sends to the chat the operator configured.

If the bot token or target chat isn't configured, the Telegram channel is simply skipped (reported as not configured) rather than failing your digest.
